The Specialised Supported Employment services offered through Care Hoppers provide the type of structured and ongoing support needed by individuals who require continuing assistance in order to engage in work-like activities and find an employment opportunity that has meaning for them. The team's focus is on creating pathways for the individual, promoting independence, self-esteem, and future growth.

Care Hoppers recognises and respects the individual strengths and abilities of each participant. In addition, we will support each individual's discovery of new skills and abilities, while also providing them with an atmosphere of supportive learning and self-confidence within a workplace setting. From initial experiences through to increased workplace experience, we will offer at all times the appropriate support needed for success as a working professional.
