Service Overview

Care Hoppers recognizes the importance of community involvement in achieving independence, confidence, and a fulfilling life. The Participate Community service assists individuals in getting out of their homes and connecting with other people while participating in activities that positively impact their social and emotional well-being.

The way we support participants is person-centred, flexible, and empowering. Instead of just telling people what they need to do, we concentrate on what will matter most to each individual we help (i.e., participating in a hobby, going to significant appointments, becoming familiar with new locations, etc. , and/or having fun during outings.)
