Service Overview

We at Care Hoppers know that all individuals should have the chance to engage in all aspects of their community as much as possible and have their interests, learn new skills and build their relationships with others as much as possible and in as meaningful a way as it can be achieved. By providing an Innovative Community Participation service, we offer more than just the basic expectations of a member of the community. We provide inspiring, energetic, innovative and individualized supports and opportunities to develop the confidence, independence, social capacity and belonging that we all desire. Our service supports participants' development of creativity, experiential learning and self-development through a variety of unique programs, events, and mentoring as well as positive and encouraging outreach opportunities to the greater community.
