Service Overview

Care Hoppers provides personalized high end support for individuals who have a complex medical condition or require a higher level of assistance with Personal Care Needs. The Care Hoppers team has trained personnel who are qualified and experienced in providing Safe, Respectful, and Professional support to individuals with Personal Care Needs related to Feeding, Showering, Mobility, Specialised Transfers, Bowel Management, Catheter Management and other Assistance with High Intensity Care Needs.

All Participants will receive care and services that preserve their dignity and promote safety and comfort. The Care Hoppers team collaborates with Participants, families, allied health professionals, and medical professionals as necessary to ensure that all Participants receive consistent and reliable support that meets their Personal Care Needs.
