Care Hoppers assists individuals in managing their daily lives and routines with help that is flexible and respectful. Care Hoppers assists with bathing, dressing, grooming, preparing meals, moving about, reminding clients of their medications, and simply watching over individuals.

Support workers at Care Hoppers encourage as much independence as possible for the client while ensuring safety and comfort. Care Hoppers will customise their services to meet the needs of the client, including their lifestyle and routine, and will work to provide an enjoyable experience for the individual.
