Service Overview

The programmes offered by Care Hoppers Group & Centre Activities allow participants to come together to learn, socialise and be themselves in a fun, safe & welcoming place. With our structured, purposeful & enjoyable programmes, we want to help our participants learn & develop as a person, as well as promote the importance of supporting personal growth. These activities will help foster social connection between participants and their peers, as well as enable each individual to find their passion & develop new skills in an inclusive way.

Through our centre-based activities participants have the opportunity to create social connections with one another, explore their interests, gain new skills & develop confidence through fun engagement. Care Hoppers provides a large variety of classes and programs that meet the individual needs of our participants, including creative workshops and skill-building programs.
